- Does SetSally work for motorcycle shops?
- Yes. The booking, work order, and invoicing flow is vehicle-agnostic. You can register motorcycles, cars, trucks, and even boats | each with its own service history.
- Can I import my existing customer list?
- Yes. From Settings → Customers you can import a CSV of existing customers, their vehicles, and contact details. The import maps fields automatically and deduplicates by phone number.
- Does SetSally send reminders automatically?
- Yes. Every confirmed booking triggers an SMS and email reminder 24 hours before the appointment. You can customize the message and timing per service in Settings → Reminders.
- How do customers book online?
- Each garage gets a public booking page (yourshop.setsally.com/book) that you can share on Google, your website, or social media. Customers pick a service, a time, and confirm | no account needed.
- Can I use SetSally for multiple locations?
- Yes. Each workspace is isolated, so you can run multiple garages under one account. Switch between them from the workspace selector in the top-left.
