How to find your Google Place ID

Connect your Google Business Profile to automatically send review requests to customers after service.

Step 1: Find your Google Business Profile

Go to business.google.com and sign in with the Google account that manages your garage's profile.

Step 2: Get your Place ID

Once logged in, go to your garage's profile page. In the URL bar, you'll see a URL like:

https://business.google.com/dashboard/l/1234567890123456789/edit?hl=en

The long number after /l/ is your Google Place ID. It looks like a long number, e.g. 1234567890123456789.

Step 3: Paste it in SetSally

In SetSally, go to Settings → Business and paste the Place ID into the Google Place ID field. Save, and we'll start sending review requests to customers after their service is complete.

Don't have a Google Business Profile?

If your garage doesn't have a Google Business Profile yet, you can create one for free at business.google.com/create. It takes about 10 minutes and Google will verify your address by postcard (takes ~5 days).
